How we verify codes

Every code on F2P Club says where it comes from. This page explains what that means and which rules the site applies.

Two kinds of code

Official source

The code comes from an announcement by the game’s publisher. Its card links to that announcement and shows the announcement’s date. A code of this kind cannot be added without the link and the date.

Tested by F2P Club

F2P Club entered the code in the game and saw it work on the date shown on its card. The site never tests codes for you and never asks for your game account details.

A tested code may also link to an announcement, but only from the accepted addresses below.

Not verified

A code seen on a third-party list that F2P Club has not tried. It is shown in its own section after the checked codes, with the name of the list when it is known and the date it was seen there. It never links to that list and may not work. When F2P Club tries it in the game, it becomes a tested code.

Which games list such codes:

Accepted sources

A link on a code is accepted only from these addresses. A link to a fan account or to any other site is refused when the code is added, and it is not stored.

Genshin Impact

Votes from visitors

Visitors can vote “Worked” or “Didn’t work” on each code. A code leaves the active list when it has at least 5 “Didn’t work” votes since it was added or last reactivated, and those votes are at least 2 times as many as its “Worked” votes. Votes are a signal, not a guarantee: a code can work for some players and not for others.

When a code ends

A code ends on its expiry date when one is known. A code with no known end date is treated as ended 30 days after it was added. F2P Club can also end a code by hand. Ended codes move to the expired list.

Numbers in the tools

The wish calculator lists the source and the date of each number it uses. A number that comes from the community and not from the publisher is labelled “Estimate”.

The pull tracker and the energy timer use a few preset numbers, each marked “Based on community sources, not official, may change”. The speed-up calculator uses no game numbers at all.
